Calibrated protocol
Therapy is prescribed only when indicated. Starting dose is conservative and individualized. We do not publish doses on a landing page.

Quarterly recheck
Labs every 90 days for the first year. Adjustments are clinical, not algorithmic. Estradiol and hematocrit are watched on every cycle.
